Want to teach your teens how to work out properly and have fun doing it? Or even prepare for sport? Our coach-led group strength and conditioning classes for youth athletes are for you! We offer a fun mix of challenging workouts that will help improve strength, speed, and agility. Our program emphasizes starting safely and progressing at your own pace. All levels and abilities are welcome! We have classes for kids 6-8, 9-12, and 13-15 years old! We also offer additional programs for youth 15+.

When you start at Oppose Gravity Performance Training, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days.
The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend training at our facility at least 3 times a week. Our incredible coaches are also eager to help you as you get started. Sign up today!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.
You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!
With our base membership, our members have full access to open gym. Through open gym, you can use our facility anytime we are open. Occasionally throughout the day, we will work with you for spacing as our classes are going. For members that are looking for guidance, we offer additional programs and classes to fit your training needs.
